Go Berzerk in the gym with this easy to use workout tracker
Berzerk is a very easy to use Workout Tracker. Just create a workout, add the exercises while you are on them and track your sets, weights and repetitions.
Tiny Documentation
The performance screen shows the sets. There are columns for set number, reference, weight, reps and a checkbox to mark a set as done/completed. The reference can be toggled by tapping on the title. The options are 'Last Workout', 'Last Performance' and 'Best Performance' and will show the weight and reps of the sets of the respective performance. In order to only give you a reference of what you actually did, only performances are taken into account that were done previously to the current one and that have at least one done/completed set. Reference values of sets that were not completed are shown as greyed out.
Automatic Rest Timer
The app has an automatic rest timer, that starts automatically when you mark a set as completed. To start/stop/reset the timer manually, just tap it. While the rest timer is running, the app also shows a notification with the timer, so you can have an eye on it even when the app is not running or when your phone is locked.
